Thank you for inquiring about our services for your very important wedding day.

Having been in business for 50 years, and having coordinated over 2,000 wedding receptions, we know that, without a doubt, this day has to be the most important day in your life. May we advise you that the credibility of the caterer working in your behalf is all important, because you don't get a second chance if mistakes are made.

Our staff of professional wedding coordinators are trained to offer you personal step by step service and guidance throughout your reception. Our culinary arts department, 50 years of highest level of experience is available to serve you and your V.I.P guests.

As promised, Please find listed a partial list of entrees, hot hors d'oeuvres and appetizers, vegetables, etc. for your wedding buffet or dinner. Kindly keep in mind that for a real successful wedding reception, many meetings involving menus, color schemes, floor plans, flowers, music, etc. should take place. This I feel is a must.
